Ramprasad Sen was an eighteenth century's Indian Bengali sadak (saint), poet and composer from West Bengal. His parents were Ramram Sen and Siddheswari Devi. He was married to a pious lady, Sarbani Devi. His literary works are Vidyasundar (Kalikamangal), Shaktageeti, Kali-Kirtan, and Krishna-Kirtan. His devotional songs are known as 'Ramprasadi'. Raja Krishna Chandra Roy (awarded the title 'Kobiranjan' to Ramprasad), Ramkrishna Paramhansa, Rabindranath Tagore, Kazi Nazrul Islam, and others were deeply influenced by Ramprasad.
